From a young age, Hanane, the founder of Capsimbay, has carried a deep love for animals especially dogs. Growing up by the beach, she often witnessed stray dogs struggling to survive, their tails still wagging with hope despite the hardships they faced.
Determined to make a difference, Hanane began rescuing abandoned dogs, offering them food, shelter, and unconditional love. As the number of rescues grew, so did her vision for a more sustainable way to care for them.
With unwavering dedication, she created a unique concept: a beachfront retreat where guests can reconnect with nature and find peace, while directly supporting a dog sanctuary. Every stay at Capsimbay helps fund the rescue, care, and long-term protection of dogs who once had nowhere else to go.
Capsimbay is also a place of new beginnings. We offer dogs for adoption and support adopters throughout the entire process. From health checks and vaccinations to passports and international travel documentation, we carefully handle all procedures to ensure each dog can safely and legally travel abroad.
For every dog adopted, another rescue is given a chance. Each adoption allows us to take in a new dog in need, continuing the cycle of care and second chances. Beyond the sanctuary, we are actively involved in TNVR (Trap–Neuter–Vaccinate–Return) programs, helping to protect and stabilize the local dog population while improving their quality of life.
Capsimbay is more than a place to stay—it’s a living project where compassion, responsibility, and coastal serenity come together.

Our Impact
Capsimbay is built on the belief that tourism can create real, lasting change. Every stay directly supports our mission to protect, rescue, and care for dogs in need.
Rescue & Care
We take in abandoned and vulnerable dogs, providing them with medical care, rehabilitation, nutrition, and a safe environment where they can heal and regain trust.
Adoption with Responsibility
Our dogs are available for adoption worldwide. We manage the entire adoption process—from health checks and vaccinations to passports and international travel paperwork—ensuring every adoption is ethical, legal, and safe.
For every dog adopted, we welcome another rescue, allowing the cycle of care to continue.
TNVR Programs
Beyond our sanctuary, we actively run and support TNVR (Trap–Neuter–Vaccinate–Return) programs. By caring for dogs living outside the sanctuary, we help control overpopulation, reduce suffering, and improve the wellbeing of local communities and animals alike.
Sustainable Impact
Capsimbay’s beachfront retreat is not separate from the sanctuary—it sustains it. Guest stays fund daily care, medical treatments, rescue missions, and long-term solutions for dogs who once had no future.
Together, we create more than memories by the sea—we create second chances. 🌊🐕
